Association shall provide for maintenance of the following:

A. Pavements, curbs, gutters, and storm drains
B. Common roadside areas and landscaping
C. All lawn maintenance
D. Undergrond sprinkler systems
E. Maintenance and replacement of roofs due to normal deterioration
F. Maintenance and repair of defined exterior surfaces, inluding repainting as required
