All owners of residential units have mandatory membership to the Hulon Greene Homeowners Association.
The Association shall have the right and responsibility to impose against all owners of residential units for the purpose of maintaining streets maintaining other common areas and finding other services to be provided to owners.

                     Monthly regime fees as of January 2012
                     Patio Homes --------------------------- $217.00
                     Condo Unit ----------------------------- $243.00

The association shall provide for the maintance of the following:

1. Pavements, curbs, gutters and storm drains
2. Common roadside areas and landscaping.
3. Lawn maintenance.
4. Clubhouse, swimming pool, and other improvements and facilities.
5. Common condominium areas and services, including landscaping.
6. Underground sprinkler systems
7. Maintenance and replacement of roofs due to normal deterioration.
8. Maintenance and repair of defined exterior surface including repainting as required.
